Meet Queen Pringle
Greetings!
Queen-Ella Pringle is a U.S. Air Force Veteran with over a decade of experience in numerous roles of security, conflict resolution, team building, goal planning, work/life balance and many more areas which encourages personal and professional growth and development. She has a MA in Human Services Counseling/Marriage and Family Counseling, Certified Family Life Educator and is a Certified Life/Solution Focused Coach. Queen has organized and facilitated events for women’s groups, marriage seminars, children’s growth potential trainings retreats, corporate functions, and training environments.
She has experience in organization and family training internationally in locations such as England, Turkey, Italy, Germany, and the United States. Each country presents a new opportunity which she brings to her gift and passion of facilitating and interaction.

Queen is a member of numerous distinguished organizations to include Family Life Coaching Association and National Council on Family Relations, which allows her to network and continue to develop her professional practice. She is also an educational leader in Nationally known programs which she delivers training for couples, families, and small business/organizations.
Queen has had a passion and dedication for helping families thrive. She works with parents and families who are experiencing difficulties and stress with maintaining healthy relationships. Life as a first-generation college student felt more like fishing for a needle in the dark. I was completely unprepared for what was to come and how I would best manage it. After a few years of living as an independent college student, I made the decision that led me to a career in the US Air Force. When not in uniform, I found myself coaching other military families through identifying options and building a family vision which became my passion. This calling evolved into certifications in lactation coaching, life coaching, family coaching, and solution-focused coaching. In addition, this passion led to earning a master's in counseling with a specialization in marriage and family. With education and experience, I’ve had to opportunity to facilitate workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting.
Above my many titles, my absolute favorite is mother.
Watching my son’s football practices, cooking with my children, and traveling with them are all pieces of my passion – and helping families just like ours build strong foundations is my calling.

While there is no guide to parenting, healing families, or even life - thankfully, you don’t have to do any of it alone. Cornerstone Visionaries Consulting & Coaching is the result of a calling from God and a dream to impact families and communities.
I’m here because I know my purpose in life is to encourage and motivate others to push past barriers in life to achieve their goals. I’m here because I’ve learned early in life that every circumstance that will come my way was to teach me a lesson, not only for myself but for others.
We meet you where you are. We help you get clarity on where you want to go. And we work with you to build a toolbox to make it there along the way. We get results because we care and we care because our families and our businesses are our passions too.
We Are Cornerstone Visionaries.
A full service psycho-education skills enrichment program serving individuals, couples, families , and community partnerships. We are experts in couples, parenting, co-parenting, military, and reunification families dynamics. We also provide engaging personal and professional development workshops to support interpersonal relationships. We are looking for partnerships with community organizations to provide family coaching and support to provide tools and insight to better relationships. In the Summer of 2023 we will open our appointments to Marriage and Family Therapy.
